Why Bolted type cement silo:
Our factory produce bolted type cement silos from 30 tons to 1000 tons.
The silo is combined by four main parts: the cover, wall sections, cones and supporting legs. All parts are pressed by special machine and mold, especially the wall sections which can be changed every place on the wall.
The silo can be dismantled into many parts when transport, and can be installed with bolts easily, a 100T capacity silo can be assembled by 3 men in 3 days, so it is easy to transport and convenient to use.
It is equipped with automatic dust collector, butterfly valve, automatic broken arch and the upper and lower level indicators and other facilities.
Highlights
This bolted type cement silos are easily transported by pieces, especially for oversea transferring. 100 ton cement silo can be put into one 20GP container; while two sets take one 40HC container. In this way, it saves a lot of cost on shipping.
Our silos are widely use on large-scale infrastructure projects in China. Such as high-speed way, high-speed railway, cross-sea bridges. And, the bolted type silos exported to more than 40 countries all over the world.
The Cover
The top of the silo, for the 50T, 100T model, it is combined by 2 pieces, for the larger capacity silos, it may be combined by 4 or 6 pieces.
The Cover The Cone Parts
The cone is combined by three parts: big cone, middle cone and small cone. As it bears the whole weight, thicker steel plate is used to make sure the silo can be more reliable.
