The whzole plant has 5 parts, include aggregate batcher, aggregate feeding system, mixer, weighing system and the control system.Main parts of HZS75:
A.Aggregate batcher:
HZS75 concrette plant has 3 units 8m3 bins and one aggregate weighing hopper.The aggregate is culmulative weighing.

B.Aggregate feeding system
Aggregate use skip hopper to feed the aggregate to the mixer.Or can use high flange belt conveyor as an optional choice.

C.Mixer
The mixing system is the main part for the whole plant. And this plant is equipped with JS1500, which is more suitable for mixing dry and hard concrete.Planetary type mixer as an optional choice.
Features of JS1500 Concrete Mixer:
1.The concrete mixer is equipped with twin shaft mixer, having longer service life;
2.We also own patented mixer shaft sealing technology researched by our R&D teams;
3.We also provide planetary mixer and single shaft mixer to meet different clients’ demands;
4.Mixer drums adopts 6-8mm Q345 high strength steel, which is wear-resisting and can produce around 50,000 cube concrete.
D.Weighing system
Weighing system include cement weighing hopper, water weighing hopper and additive weighing hopper.
Features of weighing system:
1.Accurate weighing. The HZS75 concrete mixing plant adopts the method of accumulative measurement and automatic system, thus it performs accurate when weighing.
