HZS120 concrette plant has 4 units 20m3 bins and 4 units aggregate weighing hoppers.The aggregate is sparate weighing.

B.Aggregate feeding system

Aggregate use belt conveyor to feed the aggregate to the mixer.

C.Sicoma Mixer                      

The mixing system is the main part for the whole plant. And this plant is equipped with Sicoma Brand MAO3000/2000, which is more suitable for mixing dry and hard concrete.Planetary type mixer as an optional choice. Features of MAO3000/2000 Concrete Mixer:

1.The concrete mixer is equipped with twin shaft mixer, having longer service life;

2.We adpot Italy Sicoma Brand Mixer.We also own patented mixer shaft sealing technology researched by our R&D teams; R&D teams;

3.We also provide planetary mixer and single shaft mixer to meet different clients’ demands;

4.Mixer drums adopts 6-8mm Q345 high strength steel, which is wear-resisting and can produce around 50,000 cube concrete.

D.Weighing system                      

Weighing system include cement weighing hopper, water weighing hopper and additive weighing hopper.

 Features of weighing system:

1.Accurate weighing. The HZS120 concrete mixing plant adopts the method of accumulative measurement and automatic system, thus it performs accurate when weighing.

 Full automatic computer control.There are 2 models.Manual and Auto.
